EUTOP has always seen compliance and integrity as the cornerstones of sustainable company management. EUTOP’s clients are therefore guaranteed utmost security and reliability.

In compliance matters, EUTOP works closely with a renowned international law firm, auditors and an independent external data protection officer, who advise EUTOP and perform the necessary checks.

Hand in hand with its auditors, EUTOP continually develops its compliance and passes the knowledge on to its staff. Naturally we take into account the statutory regulations and standards, including relevant international regulations such as the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. EUTOP shares this knowledge with employees in regular training sessions.

Finance, accounting, personnel, legal, and IT administration for EUTOP is provided by its internal service agent, which was certified to ISO 9001:2008 by TÜV SÜD, in August 2010.
