Directors
are members of the local management of a branch. The Senior Consultants report to them, they look after the top accounts on their own, lead project groups and contribute to the acquisition of new clients and fields of activity.
Senior Consultants
are the primary contact partners for the individual client and act as its interface to the Director or the management. They lead projects, organise the work within a project team and are responsible for the Consultants and Junior Consultants allocated to them.
Consultants
carry out projects in collaboration with a Senior Consultant. They provide research and monitoring services in sectors and areas of politics which are relevant for the client. Consultants have a wide knowledge of the client and its sector.
Junior Consultants
support Senior Consultants and Consultants in the execution of their duties and are groomed for their later work as Consultants.
