The starting point is his dissertation &#8220;Representing the Interests of German Companies vis-\u00e0-vis the Institutions of the European Union&#8221;, which was published as early as February 1998.\u00a0With this thesis studying the representation of companies\u2019 interests at the European Union level based on business administration determinants, in 1997, Klemens Joos\u00a0obtained his doctorate at the Faculty of Business Administration of Ludwig-Maximilians-Universit\u00e4t Munich (LMU). Using an organisational science approach, he developed a fundamental overall model for structuring effective and efficient lobbying at EU institutions. This model forms the scientific foundation basis of EUTOP\u2019s business model and is now more valid than ever. In addition, Klemens Joos was visiting lecturer at the Faculty of Business Administration at LMU Munich for the seminar \u201cConvincing Political Stakeholders\u201d.
