We send a free e-mail newsletter for which we obtain your consent by post, e-mail or double opt-in. Upon confirmation by the user by post, fax, e-mail or via the consent link, the following data will be transmitted to us and processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          No data is forwarded to third parties in connection with data processing for the sending. This data shall only be used to send the newsletter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The legal basis for the processing of the data is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The legal basis for the processing of the additional data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in connection with Article 5(2) GDPR for traceability of the given consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Purpose of data processing<\/b>
          The primary purpose of processing is to provide you with information about our newsletterIf you provide your address and name, we use these to personalise our communication. The other data stored in the course of the despatch of the newsletter serves to make the given consent traceable, to prevent abuse of the services or of the email address used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The data will be deleted after consent has been withdrawn, unless they must be retained for evidence purposes. Email addresses are stored for evidence purposes as blocked data in a blacklist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
