Scope of data processing
We use the software “Matomo” (www.matomo.org) on this website, a service of InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand to analyse the surfing behaviour of our users. The software runs exclusively on the servers of our website. The analysis data is only stored there. The data is not passed on to third parties. The software sets two cookies on the user’s computer. The IP addresses are not stored completely, but 2 bytes of the IP address are masked (ex: 192.168.xxx.xxx). In this way, it is no longer possible to assign the shortened IP address to the accessing computer.  If individual pages of our website are called up, the following data is stored:

• Two bytes of the IP address of the calling system of the user.
• The website called up
• The website from which the user accessed the website (referrer)
• The subpages accessed from the website
• The time spent on the website
• The frequency with which the website is accessed

Purpose of data processing
We need the data to analyze the surfing behavior of users and to obtain information about use of the individual components of our website. This enables us to optimize the website and its user-friendliness. These purposes are the basis of our legitimate interest. By anonymizing the IP address, we take into account the interest of users in the protection of personal data. The data is not used to personally identify the user of the website and is not merged with other data.

Legal basis
The legal basis on which we process personal data using Matomo is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) in connection with section 25 para. 1 TDDDG (Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act)

Duration of storage
The cookies used to perform the statistical analysis are deleted after the session / after 13 months. In the event of a revocation of your consent, these cookies will be deleted after the session.

Right to object and right to rectification
You can object to the analysis of your surfing behaviour when visiting our website at any time by revoking your consent.
