What We Do: Governmental Relations

The strategic communications mix distinguishes, inter alia, between:

PUBLIC RELATIONS

which is concerned with the external presentation of the company to the (media) public at large.

PUBLIC AFFAIRS

which concentrates on strategic information management between politics, business and society, while addressing a limited audience.

LOBBYING

which concerns concrete participation in political decision-making processes.

GOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS

as a special form of lobbying. Unlike pure lobbying, Governmental Relations is designed for the long term, i.e. the entire political decision-making process, and is accompanied, possibly over several years.

Who We Are Looking For

JUNIOR CONSULTANTS
(m/w/d)

with initial professional experience in a political or policy-related environment (e.g. EU institutions, Bundestag/state parliaments, ministries, public affairs agencies, associations).

(SENIOR) CONSULTANTS
(m/w/d)

with 1 to 4 years of experience in a political or policy-related environment (e.g. EU institutions, Bundestag/state parliaments, ministries, public affairs agencies, associations).

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
(m/w/d)

with at least 5 years of experience in a political or policy-related environment (e.g. EU institutions, Bundestag/state parliaments, ministries, public affairs agencies, associations).

Once your documents have been reviewed successfully, you will be invited to an initial interview – the first stage of our three-stage selection process.

3. POTENTIAL ANALYSIS

This is followed by a potential analysis, in which we compare your personal potential with our corporate culture.

4. ASSESSMENT CENTRE:

In the final step, we invite you to an assessment centre at our Munich office.

5. OFFER / CONTRACT:

NAfter successfully completing the assessment centre, you will receive a contract offer from us. The entire process takes approx. 4–6 weeks.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

bear the operational responsibility for customer mandates and are the primary contact persons for their respective customers as well as the interface to the management. You lead project teams and manage the projects in a target-oriented manner for successful implementation.

SENIOR CONSULTANTS

are, alongside the Key Account Managers, the central point of contact for their respective customers. They coordinate the work within the project teams and bear the main responsibility for the projects assigned to them.

CONSULTANTS

carry out projects in co-operation with the superior Key Account Managers and Senior Consultants. You will provide research and monitoring services in the sectors and policy areas relevant to the client. Each consultant has in-depth knowledge of the client company and its sector.

JUNIOR CONSULTANTS

support the Key Account Manager, Senior Consultants and Consultants in the execution of their duties and are groomed for their later work as Consultants.
