We’ve always aimed to develop the skills and potential of our staff as effectively as possible, and to match them to the profiles we require in our business. Once you start your EUTOP career, you will go through the EUTOP Academy during your first year and be perfectly prepared for client work.
With the EUTOP Academy, we have created a training and further education programme that is unique on the market. By carefully promoting skills and talent and by positioning staff and managers exactly as needed, we’re constantly refining the quality of our work for the benefit of our clients. This is one of the main reasons why we represent our clients’ interests so successfully.

The three pillars of the EUTOP Academy are basic training, the “OnePager®-Degree” and the “PSGR®-Degree”.
Each new member of staff begins their career with the EUTOP basic training. Here they learn everything about the company’s structures, processes and, especially, its values, as well as taking care of the personal development of our staff. Working with our personnel and personal development partner, we have developed a sophisticated concept of various modules that each staff member can attend depending on their stage of development within the company.
The correct and systematic application of our OnePager®-Methodology is at the heart of all our work with our clients. And at the heart of every good OnePager® is a coherent, convincing argument addressed to a decision-maker, including a proposed solution, this being the result of a successful change of perspective. This knowledge is imparted as part of the OnePager® degree.
Process support competence (PSGR®) is essential for the successful representation of interests. The skills and expertise required to support processes successfully are taught in specially developed modules. The modules include, for example, client and project management, formal and informal decision-making processes of the EU institutions and legislative procedures at federal level.
